I’m someone who thrives at the intersection of people, systems, and purpose.

I’ve lived and worked across four different countries over the course of my career, leading multi-country research, development, and business projects—and learning first-hand how to navigate the cultural, structural, and operational differences that shape successful partnerships.

From 2015 to 2024, I founded and ran my own internationally-focused charity, where I was responsible for strategy, operations, and the training and development of all volunteers and pro bono staff. That experience sharpened my ability to support start-ups—particularly in the non-profit and social impact space—from designing robust systems to navigating the early challenges of growth. I also gained extensive hands-on experience with bid writing, funding applications, and partnership proposals, which I now bring to organisations looking to strengthen their foundations.

I’ve worked with senior teams in the NHS, police forces, and universities, delivering tailored training and development programmes, and I’ve been recognised for my work in aligning cross-functional teams (including finance and operations) to achieve shared goals. Most recently, I received an award for my leadership in uniting multi-country teams and strengthening organisational cohesion.

I’ve also successfully managed five international conferences in Cameroon, Tanzania, Senegal, Sri Lanka, and Italy. Whether managing events, facilitating training, or reshaping systems, I approach my work with an eye for detail, a big-picture mindset, and a collaborative spirit.

A multi-linguist and natural communicator, I’m adept at working across cultures and systems—and I’m passionate about making systems work for the people they serve.
